All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you receive damaged goods notify us within 3 business days of receipt and we will arrange for replacement. Please provide your order number and the associated name.


A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page.
In pre-order purchases, credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases: available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods. Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.


We fulfill our orders every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Should you prefer to receive your order sooner than our fulfillment days you are encouraged to select expedited shipment your order. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. It may take up 1-2 additional days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed. Once an order is made you will receive a tracking number for your order. To avoid unnecessary delays please ensure shipping details are input into our system correctly. Once a package has been marked "Delivered" there is nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts.


At times USPS and UPS do not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.


We ship worldwide. However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. Theo Martins Inc. (Posture, Cereal & such, Reading Material) does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.

Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.


Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order will be considered Null & Void.
